TRI-CLUB

Residency Program

Neurofeedback as an extension of YOUR therapEUTIC PRACTICE

The Neurofeedback & Biofeedback Integration Program allows practices and organizations to offer brain- and nervous system–based regulation support as an extension of their existing services. TI provides neurofeedback and biofeedback in a collaborative, ethically grounded model that integrates seamlessly into therapy practices, physical therapy clinics, chiropractic offices, holistic and functional medicine clinics, coaching and peak performance businesses, and health and wellness organizations.

This is not a replacement for existing care. It is a layer of support that enhances outcomes across clinical, wellness, and performance goals.

Low-risk collaboration. Real clinical insight. Improved outcomes.

6 -Week Residency

Tri-Integrating can provide a short-term, on-site residency within your practice. Neurofeedback and Biofeedback is offered to selected clients in your own office, allowing both clients and clinicians to experience the benefits in a familiar clinical setting. You are able to integrate client care, observe outcomes, deepen your understanding of brain-based regulation, and determine whether ongoing integration is a good fit for your practice.

This model offers a low-risk, trauma-informed pathway to expanded care—particularly for complex, neurodivergent, and marginalized clients who often need nervous system support alongside the therapies you provide.

Why Practices Choose Residency

FAQ's

What if a client would benefit from continued neurofeedback care beyond the 6-8 week intensive? Most clients will experience a significant shift in symptomology during the intensive training, however; if a client would benefit from continued care, we have several options to offer care through your clinic or practice including a remote training unit in your office ,or a personal training unit the client can take home.

How does payment and insurance work for clients and my clinic? TI operates as a subcontractor for your practice, meaning that you may charge your clients for the services offered and provide superbills/file insurance. If you do not do insurance or superbills, you may develop the preferred charge the services being provided. TI has a flat rate for the residency based on the number of in-clinic days and hours, but there are some expected hours of case review for each client that you may want to include in your billing structure.

What is the investment for hosting a residency? The investment for each residency is customized. Determining factors include -How many clients are participating -The number of days each week clients are going to be seen (typically 3-4 days weekly for 6 weeks) -Office location -Which therapies are being offered We design a custom plan for your practice that serves the needs of your clients.

What are the requirements and benefits of hosting a residency? -Our resident will need a place/office to meet with individual clients. The office does not have to be private for every session, but we will want privacy for the initial evaluation of each client. -You will need to set aside 3 brief case review meetings (1.5 hours) to review all client cases participating in the program. (Beginning, mid-way, closing.) -We provide an optional "Lunch & Learn" opportunity for you and your staff to discuss integrated neurotherapies in the context of your field. -Your staff will get hands-on learning experience with the neurotherapies being offered to your clients.
