Dear Friends,
Fifteen years ago, in a small chiropractic clinic, I became a Neurofeedback Technician. From that position, I had the privilege of witnessing firsthand how functional neurofeedback could dramatically improve people’s lives. Many of those who sought care had exhausted conventional options. They included an eight-year-old boy with severe sensory and verbal challenges attributed to autism; a teenage girl living with major depression, history of suicide attempts, and a merry-go-round of psych meds that weren't working; a young man navigating the aftermath of a traumatic brain injury; and a mother of three whose anxiety and postpartum depression had left her depleted and unable to engage in daily life. These are just a few of the hundreds of individuals whose stories shaped my understanding of how powerful functional neurofeedback can be.
What often appeared to be miraculous change was, in truth, the result of sound neuroscience. Like most practitioners who have seen the remarkable outcomes of functional neurofeedback, I questioned why this approach remains outside mainstream medicine. Despite decades of research, consistent positive outcomes, and extensive clinical documentation, functional neurofeedback is still too often regarded as anecdotal. The complexity and politics of medical research can be discouraging, yet they continue to strengthen my commitment to advancing expertise in functional neurology and metabolic health. While functional neurofeedback is still considered experimental in some circles, a growing body of practitioners and physicians are demonstrating significant, measurable results with minimal risk of adverse effects. I am proud to be part of this community, contributing to the ongoing integration of neurotherapy with traditional neuroscience.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of training under and collaborating with some of the most respected experts in the field of functional neurofeedback. Their mentorship has provided a foundation of clinical excellence that continues to guide my work and inform my approach to complex cases. My goal remains to combine emerging science, proven methodologies, and compassionate care to help clients achieve meaningful, lasting change.I look forward to walking with you too.

WHY Tri-Integration?
A Balanced Approach to Healing and Health Optimization
So much of our lives is dictated and influenced by extreme concepts. Want to get fit? Eat nothing but steak. Want to lose weight? Eat no meat at all. Want to be "successful?" No problem - just work 80 hours weeks, take care of your loved ones, volunteer in the community, maintain a social life and relationship, make sure to keep learning new things, oh....and train to run a marathon. No big deal, right? At TI, we work with you to create an approach to your life and goals that integrates and balances your physical, spiritual, psychological, and neurological goals.
SERVICES
We work with you to create a custom and accessible approach to your health and performance goals.

Approach: Learn. Create. Measure. Refine.
Learn
Every journey begins with understanding you. There’s no one-size-fits-all plan when it comes to health and recovery. Together, we explore your story—your life experiences, goals, challenges, lab results, and other key data points—to understand the full picture. My role is to accompany you as you learn more about yourself, and to assist you with finding the best tools and opportunities that support your growth.
Create
With clarity about where you are and where you want to go, we co-create a personalized strategy. Whether your focus is overcoming a chronic issue, reaching peak performance, or cultivating more balance and vitality, we tailor the path to reflect your vision—and your values. This is your life, your body, your pace. I'm here to support, not dictate.
Measure
We don’t leave progress to guesswork. Using cutting-edge diagnostics and technologies—from basics like inflammation markers to gathering metrics on sleep and recovery —we track what’s working. Your lived experience remains central, and the data helps us fine-tune your plan with intention. Your time, energy, and resources are sacred—and you deserve results.
Refine
Healing and growth are never static. As your goals evolve, or life throws curveballs, we adapt. We check in, adjust strategies, and stay responsive to what’s real and relevant for you. Flexibility, creativity, and honesty are at the heart of sustained well-being.

Technology
We use powerful, research-backed technologies to track, analyze, and support the brain and body’s natural rhythms. These tools give us insight—but they’re never a substitute for the wisdom of your own body.
Our approach blends cutting-edge tech with deep listening and intuition. By integrating personal health technologies, we help you tune into your body’s signals, sharpen your self-awareness, and build trust in your unique recovery and growth processes.

Where We Work Together
Outside of the initial QEEG, all assessments and ongoing support for your customized plan can be done remotely. While we do have a local office in the metro Atlanta area, most of our clients—local and across the country—use a home-based Neurofeedback unit that’s remotely monitored and managed. Regular check-ins happen virtually or in-person, depending on what works best for you.
This model works especially well for people with full schedules or who travel often for work. The NewMind home unit is compact, travel-friendly, and easy to integrate into your daily life—wherever you are. Tri-Integration is intentionally designed like a concierge medicine practice: personalized, flexible, and highly responsive—without being financially out of reach.
As your practitioner, I stay closely connected with you throughout your care. I monitor your remote sessions, we meet consistently, and I’m available to support you when questions or new needs arise.
