Pre-Care

Every client's Brain-Training journey begins with a customized evaluation that may include:

  • Lab Tests

  • Cognitive Testing

  • QEEG ("Brain Map")

  • Genetic Panel

  • Comprehensive Client History

This data-driven foundation allows us to understand how your brain and body are functioning and to design a highly personalized plan.

NeuroTraining

Neurotraining integrates multiple neurofeedback and biofeedback modalities, along with complementary tools and therapies that may include: 

  • Neurofeedback

  • Heart Rate Variability (Biofeedback)

  • Photobiomodulation

  • Metabolic Optimization

  • Health & Sleep Tracking (Oura)

  • Cold Immersion & IR Light Therapy

The type, intensity, and progression of training are guided by your individual assessment and adjusted over time to support optimal regulation and performance.

post-care

Post-care focuses on sustaining gains through at-home therapies, lifestyle and environmental adjustments, and personalized self-regulation tools. Clients also maintain access to ongoing wellness support to reinforce long-term brain and nervous system health.
