Why do Intensive Neurofeedback?
Children’s brains are uniquely primed for rapid learning and neuroplasticity. When neurofeedback and biofeedback are provided in an intensive schedule—4–5 days per week over 6–8 weeks—the brain receives consistent, repeated reinforcement. This frequency helps new patterns stabilize more quickly, reduces the tendency for old habits to return between sessions, and accelerates progress compared to once-weekly training.

Is your child struggling with big emotions, focus, or sleep—and you’re not sure what else to try?
Many children today experience nervous system overload that shows up as emotional reactivity, attention challenges, learning stress, or difficulty winding down at night. This parent education class introduces neurofeedback and biofeedback—gentle, non-invasive training tools that help children build regulation skills from the inside out.
In this 60-minute live Zoom class, parents will learn how the brain and nervous system influence behavior, emotions, learning, and sleep—and how neurofeedback and biofeedback can support lasting change. Classes are offered for parents with children ages 6-12, 12-18, and 18-25.
This class is educational, practical, and parent-friendly, with time built in for live Q&A.
