Dear Friends,
Fifteen years ago, in a small chiropractic clinic, I became a Neurofeedback Technician. From that position, I had the privilege of witnessing firsthand how functional neurofeedback could dramatically improve people’s lives. Many of those who sought care had exhausted conventional options. They included an eight-year-old boy with severe sensory and verbal challenges attributed to autism; a teenage girl living with major depression, history of suicide attempts, and a merry-go-round of psych meds that weren't working; a young man navigating the aftermath of a traumatic brain injury; and a mother of three whose anxiety and postpartum depression had left her depleted and unable to engage in daily life. These are just a few of the hundreds of individuals whose stories shaped my understanding of how powerful functional neurofeedback can be.
What often appeared to be miraculous change was, in truth, the result of sound neuroscience. Like most practitioners who have seen the remarkable outcomes of functional neurofeedback, I questioned why this approach remains outside mainstream medicine. Despite decades of research, consistent positive outcomes, and extensive clinical documentation, functional neurofeedback is still too often regarded as anecdotal. The complexity and politics of medical research can be discouraging, yet they continue to strengthen my commitment to advancing expertise in functional neurology and metabolic health.
While functional neurofeedback is still considered experimental in some circles, a growing body of practitioners and physicians are demonstrating significant, measurable results with minimal risk of adverse effects. I am proud to be part of this community, contributing to the ongoing integration of neurotherapy with traditional neuroscience.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of training under and collaborating with some of the most respected experts in the field of functional neurofeedback. Their mentorship has provided a foundation of clinical excellence that continues to guide my work and inform my approach to complex cases. My goal remains to combine emerging science, proven methodologies, and compassionate care to help clients achieve meaningful, lasting change.
I look forward to walking with you too.

My Story
I’ve have 14 years of clinical experience, learning from some of the great minds in functional neurology, psychology, and holistic medicine. Along the way, I’ve also trained in emergency and remote medicine (yes, I’ve used a headlamp as a diagnostic tool), lived in southern Mexico where I learned about indigenous Mayan healing traditions, and leaned into the power of functional and integrated medicine.
My academic background is actually in the intersection of religion and culture—which means I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about how belief systems shape our bodies, our behaviors, and our sense of what’s possible. That lens gives me a deep sensitivity to religious trauma, especially in the LGBTQ+ community, where the wounds are often real, invisible, and rarely acknowledged in a clinical setting. My practice is, first and foremost, a space where you get to show up fully—as you are.
I’ve had the honor of working with a wide range of people: elite athletes, touring musicians, dancers, and other peak performers looking for that extra edge—or trying to get back to it after burnout, injury, or mysterious health crashes. I’ve also worked with kids and adults with autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, head injuries, and neurodegenerative conditions like Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s.
I believe that the science matters (a lot), and that healing doesn’t have to feel overwhelming nor cutting edge research inaccessible. We can honor the depth of what you’re going through and still leave space for curiosity, for joy, and for not taking ourselves too seriously while we figure it out. Because honestly? The human body is weird, resilient, brilliant, and sometimes just needs someone who’s willing to listen, ask the right questions, a dig a little deeper into the mysteries.
My mission is to make personalized health care accessible, sustainable, and actually supportive of your life—not just your symptoms. If you’ve been trying to navigate a complex diagnosis, stuck in chronic burnout, or just feel like your brain and body aren’t quite talking anymore, you’re not alone. We’ll sort through it together.
Let’s find your way forward—with a little science, a little soul, and a little sense of humor along the way.
